These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website algentis.xyz, the Algentis Telegram channels and bots (including @AlgoraTrade_bot and the TrenchOps onchain bot), Discord servers, member dashboards, calculators, and any related content or software (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Algentis ("Algentis", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
All content on the Service — signals, entries, stop-losses, take-profit levels, performance figures, calendars, articles, AI analysis, and messages from bots or team members — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Algentis is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, exchange or asset manager in any jurisdiction. You should do your own research and, if needed, consult a licensed professional before making any trading decision.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk management and the funds you commit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to trade crypto assets and derivatives in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on accessing exchanges such as MEXC. We may refuse or terminate access to anyone at our discretion.
Some features require an account or a paid membership. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials, Telegram account and any bot PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Memberships are personal and non-transferable; sharing signals, member-only content or access with non-members is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Membership fees, where applicable, are shown on the Service at the time of purchase and may be paid manually (for example by crypto transfer) or through methods we make available. Fees are billed for the period stated and are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. Prices may change; changes apply to future periods only. Promotional offers (such as free access for new MEXC users registered through our referral) are subject to the conditions stated in the offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
Certain tiers allow our software to place orders on an exchange account or a wallet that you control, based on our signals and the risk settings you choose. By enabling these features you acknowledge that:
The Service relies on and links to third parties such as MEXC, Telegram, Discord, blockchain networks, DEX aggregators, RPC providers, data providers and AI model providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, terms or actions. Your use of an exchange or wallet is governed by that provider's terms. Referral links may earn Algentis a commission at no extra cost to you.
The Service, including its software, methodology, content, branding and design, is owned by Algentis or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Service or its signals; use bots or automation against the Service other than tools we provide; attempt to circumvent access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, change signal methodology, models, pairs, risk rules or features at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algentis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any signal will be profitable or that any performance figure will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algentis and its owners, team members, contractors and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funds, liquidations, lost data or lost opportunities arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the membership fees you paid to Algentis in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algentis from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, share member content, abuse the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 2, 3, 9, 11–13 and 16) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Service or via our channels. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith by contacting us; if unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
