This Privacy Policy explains how Algentis ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use algentis.xyz, our Telegram bots and channels, Discord servers, dashboards and related services (the "Service"). Contact for privacy matters: support@algentis.xyz.
Account data. Email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), display name if provided, membership tier, payment references and dates. Payments made by crypto transfer are recorded by transaction reference; we do not store card details.
Telegram / Discord data. When you interact with our bots or join our channels we receive your Telegram user ID, username and first name (as provided by Telegram), and the commands you send. Discord broadcasts are one-way; we receive no personal data from Discord beyond what the platform shows us as server operators.
Trading and bot settings. Risk limits you configure (position size, maximum positions, daily loss limit, chains and liquidity thresholds), sniper on/off state, and a log of the actions the bot performed for you (orders, swaps, amounts, timestamps, transaction hashes).
Exchange API keys (auto-trade only). If you enable auto-trade, you provide API keys for your exchange account. They are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and used solely to place and manage orders according to your settings. Keys must be created without withdrawal permission.
Onchain wallets. If the bot creates a wallet for you, the private key is generated on our server, stored encrypted, and used only to sign the transactions you request. If you import a wallet, you provide a private key, never a seed phrase. Public wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are, by nature, publicly visible on the blockchain.
Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, approximate country, and timestamps, collected through server logs and Google Analytics (see section 5).
Communications. Emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), your consent (analytics cookies, marketing) and legal obligations.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate; it sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. You can block analytics with a browser extension, your browser's cookie settings, or Google's opt-out add-on. Telegram and Discord apply their own policies to your use of those platforms.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for API keys and wallet keys, hashed passwords, SSH key-only server access, and access limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law. You are responsible for keeping your password, Telegram account and bot PIN confidential.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Bot action logs and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal requirements. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months). You can ask us to delete your account earlier (section 8); blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email support@algentis.xyz from the address linked to your account. Inside the bots you can remove your API keys, export and stop using a wallet, or disable all automated features at any time with /kill_switch_on and /sniper_off.
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards. By using the Service you understand that your data may be processed in other jurisdictions.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the Service or our channels.
